Gourmet cuisine, for which Brovaria is famous, is prepared according to proven recipes inspired by the latest trends. Our offer includes regional as well as European cuisine. The chef’s specialties include dishes prepared on the basis of excellent, freshly brewed beer from our brewery, starting from the pork knuckle braised in Brovaria beer up to a dessert of own production – gelato with a Brovaria beer sauce. The richness of space and the variety of arrangement allows guests to discover our specialties in a setting that adds class to both the family dinner, the romantic dinner and business meeting. Lunch Room - classics of good taste
The Lunch Room fascinates with its classic elegance of decor, and its character is underlined by the view of the Old Market Square. The sophisticated interior, arranged with attention paid to every detail, constitutes an extraordinary setting for special occasions. The Lunch Room can accommodate up to 70 people. It is an ideal place for a business lunch or dinner as well as special occasion.
Beer Hall - in the heart of the brewery
The Beer Hall is the largest of the Brovaria rooms, which you will get to by walking along restored stone stairs. Part of the equipment belonging to the brewery was exposed there, including vats and buffer tanks. The industrial nature of the Beer Hall and its space create a unique setting for banquets, social gatherings, weddings, conferences and large events up to 180 people.
Historical Cellar - socially inspiring
The cellar rooms hide the magic of the historic cellar, where the atmosphere is complementary to the modern interior design. They allow to create the perfect vibe for social and business meetings. The thoughtful layout of the three interconnected rooms allows for the organisation of receptions for up to 70 people.
Bar - place of life and beer
The room arranged in a modern style with a picturesque view of the Old Market. It’s a place that attracts with a friendly atmosphere of vivid discussions until late hours of the night, with great beer, sensual wine or an electrifying cocktails. We offer our guests 65 seats.
Garden - the summer vibe
In the spring – summer season we invite you to the air-conditioned Brovaria patio , where you can feel the wonderful old town atmosphere of the Old Market Square and enjoy views of the Poznan City Hall. The garden can accommodate up to 100 people.
