Flavoured Brovaria bread
Our passion for the natural and true can also be find in bread, which we bake on our own. To produce this product we use the best kinds of flour, finest yeast, natural flavouring as well as water. Always fresh, the daily baked bread is served as an excellent addition to our starters and salads Enthusiasts of good bread can also buy it to go.
Brovaria ice‑cream and sorbets
We are inspired by nature in the creation of our gelatos and sorbets. Combining knowledge with a passion in order to search for the best flavours gives what is delicious, not a mass product, something one wants to come back to. Brovaria ice-cream is based on heavy cream and real milk. We do not use artificial flavourings and colourings. All flavours of gelatos and sorbets are based on natural ingredients. The yearly offer of ice cream desserts in a composition with delicious toppings can be found in the Dessert Menu. Refreshing sorbets are served in the spring – summer period in a special seasonal offer.
