Brovaria is Poland’s first brewery restaurant connected to a hotel. Alluding to the tradition of brewery restaurants common in Western Europe, it seduces guests with a full bouquet of flavours and aromas of freshly brewed unpasteurized beer. Brovaria Beer is manufactured from selected blends of malt. We hop-plant beer with a specially prepared aromatic and bitter hops, originating from the best Polish and foreign crops. The taste of our beers has been repeatedly recognised in professional brewing competitions.
