Brovaria is not just a restaurant, it is first and foremost the first brewery-style restaurant and hotel complex in Poland. Modern technology combined with traditional production methods allow us to make unique beer, with inimitable aroma and taste.
Our beer is naturally cloudy and unpasteurized. We do not use filtration or pasteurization during the production process. Brovaria beer is made from selected malt mixtures. We perform hopping with specially prepared aromatic and bitterish hops from the best domestic and foreign crops.
